Commercial Loan Closing Associate Loan IQ Loan Syndication

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Associate to support the successful closing and funding of commercial lending transactions, ensuring documentation, processes, and controls are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-close and post-close activities for commercial, commercial real estate and problem loans

• Coordinate loan closings with customers

• Perform customer, loan and regulatory diligence and on-going portfolio maintenance

• Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record

• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

• Manage an assigned portfolio of loans

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements

• 6+ months of Commercial Loan Closing experience or equivalent

• Experience in commercial lending, loan operations, banking operations, or related financial services environment

• Experience reviewing loan documentation and supporting the loan closing process with focus on risk controls

• Working knowledge of Loan IQ (LIQ) and/or syndicated loan operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines with high attention to detail

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
