Estate Manager

Managed through Brightstone, the Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations, and performance of residential properties. This role involves strategic planning, operational excellence, financial management, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day property operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, administration, and resident services.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property performance and service delivery.

• Ensure properties are maintained to premium standards in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

• Prepare annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans for the property.

• Serve as primary point of contact for property owners, developers, and corporate clients.

• Manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and vendors while driving resident satisfaction.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the property operations team including facility managers and maintenance supervisors.
