India Security Manager

The Security Manager at JLL is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security programs to protect the organization's assets, employees, and visitors. This role involves managing physical security measures, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures across all company facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure asset and personnel safety.

• Manage and coordinate the security team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems including access control, surveillance cameras, and alarms.

• Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.

• Develop and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.

• Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.

• Manage the security budget, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in security management, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Strong knowledge of physical security systems, practices, and technologies.

• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards such as OSHA.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional).
