Core Operations Senior Associate

State Street is seeking an experienced Senior Associate in the Investable Cash Team responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of cash deliveries, sweeps, and payments. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client service teams or directly with clients to ensure seamless cash delivery

• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Analyze and predict cash inflows and outflows to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal liquidity

• Manage sweep accounts to optimize cash concentration and minimize idle balances

• Receive, verify, and process incoming and outgoing wire transfers ensuring accurate settlement

• Reconcile cash positions across multiple accounts and systems

• Monitor and manage overdrafts to minimize fees and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Graduation in Commerce

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Associate at State Street

• Knowledge of tools such as MCH and IMT
