Leader - Testing & Quality Assurance

Genpact is seeking a Leader in Testing & Quality Assurance to develop and implement testing strategies and quality standards in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies and quality standards

• Manage a team of testers and QA specialists to ensure efficient and effective testing processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria

• Conduct testing activities to identify and address defects in software products

• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for quality improvements

• Implement automated testing tools and processes to streamline testing efforts

• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in testing and quality assurance

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Masters in Software Engineering

• Proficiency in English at Advanced C1 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

• Hexawise Test Professional Certification

• ISTQB Certified Tester

• Selenium Basics
