Guidehouse is a global professional services firm that delivers advisory, technology, and managed services. As a Manager, you will lead and manage large teams across AML and crypto compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large teams (Analysts, QCs, TLs, Supervisors) across AML and crypto compliance operations.

• Drive performance across key metrics: productivity, quality, utilization, and SLA adherence.

• Own workforce planning, capacity management, and attrition control.

• Conduct performance management, coaching, and capability-building initiatives.

• Build a strong leadership pipeline through mentoring and succession planning.

• Act as the primary client-facing SPOC for delivery, governance, and escalations.

• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders: Compliance, Risk, QA, Training, Product, and Tech teams.

Requirements

• Lead AML operations across Transaction Monitoring, Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence and Sanctions Screening & Investigations

• Drive crypto compliance initiatives including blockchain transaction analysis and wallet tracing

• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (FATF, OFAC, FinCEN, BSA/AML)

• Proven experience managing 50–100+ FTE teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in AML / Financial Crime / Crypto Compliance

• Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in a leadership role
