Product Owner Corporate

The Product Owner Corporate serves as the strategic leader bridging requirements and Agile delivery teams within Sanofi's Data & Insights Excellence department. This role drives an Agile squad of developers, ensuring consistent product vision, backlog quality, and value delivery across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a delivery squad in an Agile culture aligned with Sanofi values and ensure a safe environment.

• Define and communicate a coherent, inspiring product vision across the Corporate data portfolio.

• Build and sustain strategic relationships with senior business stakeholders across functions and geographies.

• Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to ensure smooth sprint planning and execution.

• Define portfolio health metrics, KPIs, and manage risks across the Data & Insights product landscape.

• Lead product review meetings, steering committees, and executive-level communications.

• Define and drive the roadmap for product ownership practice maturity within the team, promoting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex digital or data product portfolios in a global organization.

• Data and Technical fluency in data, BI, and AI.

• Strong business acumen on Finance processes.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills in English.

• Experience with systems like ServiceNow and Jira.
