Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Digital Operations & Web Experience Analyst to combine digital operations, workflow optimization, governance, and hands-on publishing to improve how digital content and experiences are delivered. You will work within an enterprise team partnering across Marketing, Content, Product, Technology, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve workflows spanning intake, requirements, prioritization, production, approvals, publishing/distribution, QA, measurement and optimization.
Independently manage complex digital requests and releases from intake through post-launch validation using Adobe Experience Manager or a comparable enterprise CMS.
Help define, document, operationalize and maintain digital publishing and delivery standards.
Perform and improve pre- and post-publication QA for content accuracy, page structure, responsive behavior, links, imagery, accessibility, SEO, and analytics.
Partner with Analytics, SEO, UX and Digital Product teams to understand operational, site-health and experience performance.
Identify repetitive tasks and workflow bottlenecks suitable for automation and translate operational problems into requirements for Product and Tech teams.
