Senior ServiceNow Developer

Sanofi is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to serve as the technical owner of ServiceNow platform development, ensuring optimal implementation of solutions across service management processes within Sanofi Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with digital teams and business analysts.

• Take accountability for code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards.

• Develop and maintain applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

• Guide development teams and business analysts on optimal technical approaches and provide expert implementation support.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed applications.

• Lead or contribute to strategic development projects requiring complex coding and platform customization.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.

• Proven track record in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.

• Experience with ServiceNow modules including CSM, SPM, and HRSD.

• Advanced knowledge of platform development using JavaScript, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

• Advanced in integration technologies including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

• Intermediate skills in Service Portal widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications including Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist.
