Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review tax returns for real estate funds and REITs.
Apply technical knowledge of tax code to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with onshore teams to collect necessary information for tax requirements.
Manage client communications to answer technical tax questions.
Maintain high standards of accuracy in tax preparation and accounting.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in business taxation at a Big 4 or large accounting firm.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam or be an Enrolled Agent (EA).
Experience in the real estate industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international tax matters.
Experience with real estate debt matters.
