Technology Manager - Systems Engineering

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Technology Manager to lead a team of seasoned system engineering professionals across the product development lifecycle. The role focuses on team leadership, project execution, and systems engineering governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Systems Engineers.

• Plan and allocate engineering resources across multiple projects.

• Drive systems engineering activities from requirements development through verification support.

• Collaborate with software, hardware, mechanical, test, and quality teams.

• Monitor project schedules, priorities, risks, and team deliverables.

• Establish and continuously improve systems engineering processes and best practices.

Requirements

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics, Computer, Electrical, Systems, or Controls Engineering.

• 14+ years of experience with at least 6+ years in Systems Engineering.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading Systems Engineering teams.

• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and Requirements Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or equivalent process and tools.

• Experience in executing passport / stage gate-based development process.

• Experience with HVAC Industry.
