🔹 Data-driven decisions: Tracking conversion rates, payment success, and drop-offs to identify opportunities.
🔹 Product clarity: Writing clear PRDs that help engineering teams understand the problem, requirements, and success metrics.

Sometimes, the best product decision isn’t building something new — it’s removing friction from what already exists.
