Moved our orders page to a server component last sprint. The JS bundle for that route went from ~180 KB to ~40 KB and the page feels noticeably snappier on mid-range Android phones, which is most of our users.
The part nobody warns you about: figuring out which bits actually need to be client components. We ended up with a tiny client wrapper just for the filters and everything else stays on the server.
Anyone else done this migration on a big app? Curious how you handled shared state between the two.
