I've come to realise that growth doesn't always look like moving up a ladder. Sometimes, it's learning a completely new skill. Sometimes, it's taking up a responsibility you've never handled before. And sometimes, it's simply figuring out what you don't want to do. Not every step needs to be a promotion. Not every experience needs to fit perfectly into a career plan. Sometimes, the most valuable thing you gain from a role is a new perspective. I'm learning to appreciate progress, even when it doesn't look the way I initially imagined.
